Health and welfare benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) and flexible spending accounts. Eligible individuals may choose from a variety of medical benefit plans, including a Health Maintenance Organization plan (HMO), a Preferred Provider Organization plan (PPO), and a High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) that provide greater flexibility to meet specific health care needs. All plans offer a broad range of comprehensive benefits, including wellness and preventative care benefits. All of the medical plans offered at the University include Prescription Drug Program coverage.

Your eligibility for benefits may depend on your role, as well as your union representation and Full Time Equivalent (FTE) status. Please follow the steps below.
