2025 Forms W-2 will be available no later than Jan. 31, 2026. We will update this page once the Forms W-2 are available.

2025 Forms 1042-S will be available no later than March 16, 2026.

If you are active, inactive, terminated, or when there is a Pitt Worx outage, you may access ADP directly by creating a separate University of Pittsburgh ADP account.

If you are an active employee with Pitt Worx access, you may view Forms W-2 at my.pitt.edu > Pitt Worx > Me > Form W-2 Information.

If you did not opt in for an electronic Form W-2, a hard copy will be mailed by Jan. 31, 2026 to the address in Pitt Worx as of Dec. 31, 2025. Please allow two weeks for USPS delivery.
