Fiscal Year 2027 Budget: Salary ConsiderationsEarlier today, Pitt’s Board of Trustees approved the University’s Fiscal Year 2027 budget, which includes funds for a 2% across-the-board, performance-based maintenance salary increase for all eligible nonrepresented faculty and staff, as defined below.
The budget also includes a 0.5% pool of total salary funding per Responsibility Center (RC) which will be available to address Merit, Market and Equity (MME) considerations as detailed below.
