Fiscal Year 2025 Budget: Salary Considerations

For Fiscal Year 2025, Pitt’s Board of Trustees approved a 3% salary pool increase for nonrepresented faculty and staff, and a 3% salary pool for unionized faculty. The rate increase is roughly aligned with the rate of inflation.

Wellness Wins: Pitt Employee Gets Healthier Faster with Wellness for Life Programs

Throughout the year, Pitt employees can take advantage of free wellness classes targeting various health goals such as weight loss, and diabetes or high blood pressure prevention.
