Wellness For Life Plan Year Ends May 31

Reminder: May 31 is your last day to earn Wellness for Life rewards! Less than three weeks remain in the plan year for participants with UPMC Health Plan coverage through the University to complete wellness activities to earn additional Health Incentive Reward Dollars.

Child Protection Clearance Requirements for Take Your Child to Work Day 2026

National Take your Child to Work Day is scheduled for Thursday April 23, 2026. Allowing employees and their children to participate in Take your Child to Work Day activities is decided at the department level.

At University-hosted events, if participating children remain with their parent at all times (shadowing), then there is no need for Child Protection Clearances.

1095-C Information for Tax Year 2025


In the coming weeks, you may receive a tax document called the 1095-C that will contain detailed information about your healthcare coverage if you were eligible in 2025. While you will not need to include your 1095-C with your 2025 tax return or send it to the IRS, you may use information from your 1095-C to help complete your tax return.

Online Delivery Election of 1095-C Form


University employees now have the option to receive their 1095-C Form electronically. To register, you must provide consent to receive your 1095-C Form electronically. This action can be taken any time during the year.
