As summer turns to fall and a new academic term begins, it can be easy to get bogged down in the complexity of work, family, and personal life.
Faculty and staff, whether with coverage from UPMC Health Plan or another health plan, can take advantage of a variety of wellness programming, services, and other opportunities to enhance your overall health, wellness, and lifestyle.
Understand your health status by taking the UPMC MyHealth Questionnaire by Sept. 30
The MyHealth Questionnaire is a confidential risk assessment that University employees, and their covered spouses/domestic partners, with UPMC Health Plan coverage can take once each plan year. The survey, which can be finished in about 20 minutes, provides results to help you understand your health status as well as provides a customized roadmap to better health.
Each questionnaire that is completed by September 30, 2021 earns you $50 in your Health Incentive Account (HIA). Plus, if you are a new employee or if you have never completed the questionnaire before, you can earn an extra $15 in HIA dollars—for a total of $75 if completed by September 30.
Forgot to take the survey by September 30? No problem. The survey is available to take throughout the entire plan year. Surveys completed after September 30, 2021 earn you $25 in HIA dollars.
