COVID-19: Contacting the Benefits Department

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Office of Human Resources is working remotely until further notice. During this time, Craig Hall is not open to the public; walk-ins will not be accepted and forms cannot be dropped off in-person or faxed. During this time, we recommend submitting all requests and inquiries online in lieu of sending physical mail or leaving phone messages.

If you have a Benefits-related inquiry, including the submission of forms or documentation, the quickest way to receive assistance is to submit an online request.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Comprehensive Medication Management program is not providing any in-person consultations or pre-travel health consultations at this time. To schedule a virtual appointment with a pharmacist, call 412-383-MEDS(6337) or email mymeds@pitt.edu.

As part of your UPMC Health Plan wellness benefits, the University's Benefits Department now offers Comprehensive Medication Management services. Meet with a pharmacist to answer all of your medication-related questions, and develop an action plan to help take better control of your health. This service is offered at no-cost to all full-time and part-time regular University faculty and staff with UPMC Health Plan coverage.

Appointments can be held on the Pittsburgh campus in the Medical Arts Building, at a location of your choice, or by phone Mondays and Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:00 pm.
