2024 Benefits Open Enrollment

The 2024-2025 Benefits Open Enrollment period for all employees other than bargaining unit faculty takes place May 1 through May 15, 2024. Visit openenroll.hr.pitt.edu to get started with enrolling in or making changes to your benefits, find the summary guide to benefits, and discover more resources.

To ensure that your Open Enrollment and/or benefit questions are addressed as quickly as possible, please call the Benefits Department directly at 833-852-2210, or if submitting an online inquiry, please select “Benefits” from the drop-down menu, followed by “Open Enrollment.” Benefit representatives are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Notes: If you do not wish to make changes to your current benefits elections, no action is required. However, it is recommended that you proceed through the benefits enrollment process in Pitt Worx to ensure your elections are accurate.

Due to their recent tentative agreement reached with the University, bargaining unit Faculty will have a separate Open Enrollment period, to be announced.

Care.com Partnership

Care.com offers a network of providers and options to assist with needs such as after-school care, caring for a child who is home sick, caring for children while you are working from home, caring for aging parents, and more.

Boys & Girls Club (BGCWPA) Partnership

Pitt faculty, staff, and graduate students can enroll children aged 3-5 in the BGCWPA’s Great Futures Preschool program at BGCWPA’s Carnegie Clubhouse or Estelle S. Campbell Lawrenceville Clubhouse. Enrollment is subject to space availability.

University Child Development Center (UCDC)

UCDC serves the University community by providing high quality early childhood programs/child care for children ranging in age from six weeks through five years of age. The Center exists to encourage and support each child to grow to his fullest potential in all areas of development, thus creating a positive self concept and a realistic opportunity for success in life.

Life Solutions

Life Solutions, the University's Faculty and Staff Assistance Program, offers a variety of resources and services to assist with employees' lives within and beyond the workplace.
