Individuals who wish to dispute a claim for service should contact the respective plan vendor directly.
Individuals who contest an enrollment or coverage eligibility ruling that is in accordance with University policy, IRS regulation, or any other published documentation (including the University’s websites) can request the decision to be reassessed by the University's Benefits Department leadership.
