The Best Way to Predict Your Future is to Create It!Less Stress for Life Group Class (Tuesdays)

The MyHealth Less Stress program can help you learn how to better deal with the day-to-day hassles you face. This program teaches you skills that will ease the physical, mental, and emotional symptoms of stress. It will also reduce the effect of stress on your health and your well-being. 

There are six virtual sessions, each led by a professional health coach who is an expert in helping people manage stress. The combination of a helpful workbook and toolkit, an experienced health coach, and a supportive group environment makes this program effective and fun!

Plus, just for joining, UPMC Health Plan members will earn up to 25 points per session toward their HIA Reward Dollars.
