We’re making updates to Pitt Worx with one clear goal: to enhance your overall experience.

In the weeks and months ahead, you’ll notice a refreshed look on certain Pitt Worx pages. While things may look different, the core features you use won’t change, and we do not anticipate any significant functionality changes. These changes are designed to enhance your experience by improving navigation, accessibility, and overall usability. We’ll let you know about updates ahead of time, so you’re always prepared. 

These improvements come as part of our move to Oracle’s new Redwood User Interface (UI), which replaces the original application design with a more modern, intuitive, and user-centered design.

What to Expect:

• No immediate action is required.
• The way you complete tasks will remain the same, though pages may appear different.
• Changes will roll out gradually and be clearly communicated beforehand.

Our Approach:

We’ll be migrating to the new interface in phases. With each phase, we’ll provide updated quick reference guides and training materials to support a smooth and easy transition.
