System Access Requests

The Pitt Worx Access Form and Talent Center Access Form can be used to establish or modify access to Pitt Worx and Talent Center applications. These forms should only be completed and submitted for individuals who need to be provided additional levels of access beyond the regular access provided to employees and supervisors, or for those who need to have access modified/removed.

Pitt Worx Access Form

Instructions for Completing the Form

1. Download the Pitt Worx Access Form
   • Note: Please download the form prior to filling it out; do not complete the form in your browser.
2. Complete all relevant fields, including obtaining all necessary signatures from the supervisor and authorized RC approver.
   • Review a list of authorized RC approvers
3. Submit the form to hrforms@pitt.edu.

Talent Center Access Form

2. Complete all relevant fields, including obtaining all necessary signatures from the supervisor and authorized RC approver.
   • Review the current list of authorized RC approvers
   • Review the Talent Center User Role Access Guide for assistance with selecting the appropriate role.
