Fall into a new season of learning opportunities with us!
Faculty and staff at the University can take advantage of a variety of workshops and certificate programs through the Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) to enhance your personal and professional development.
Support the University’s Year of Emotional Well-Being
In support of the University’s Year of Emotional Well-Being, the Faculty and Staff Development Program offers workshops to explore and encourage restoration of our emotional well-being.
Navigating the COVID-19 pandemic has underscored the importance of fully supporting the emotional welfare of students, faculty, and staff at Pitt. Learn how to seek work-life balance, practice self-care, improve your ability to cope with stress, and more.
Engage with cultures across campus through the Global Competence Certificate Program
The Global Competence Certificate Program offers faculty and staff the opportunity to build awareness and understanding of diverse cultures, while learning about University policies and resources that support our strategic goal of embracing the world.
Register for workshops in communicating thoughtfully and successfully with colleagues from different cultures; gain understanding to enhance the quality of their interactions with international and diverse students, faculty, and staff at the University; and welcoming and supporting international populations on campus and abroad.
