Expanded Wellness Offerings for Faculty and Staff

At the MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center in the Medical Arts Building on Fifth Avenue, faculty and staff can seek support for a variety of health and wellness needs.

Since opening over three years ago, the center has steadily expanded the services it offers: In addition to treatment for minor illnesses, preventative services and health coaching opportunities, Pitt employees can now access comprehensive medication management and financial consultations [through TIAA] at the center.

“The additional services in the Medical Arts Building provide a tremendous opportunity for faculty and staff to enhance their wellness and make the most of their experience as a member of the Pitt community. The Benefits Department, and all of OHR, is proud to offer these services in support of the success that the MyHealth@Work Center has had over the last three years,” said John Kozar, assistant vice chancellor of benefits in the Office of Human Resources (OHR).

The center’s convenient location at the heart of the Pittsburgh campus provides the University community with a one-stop shop to encourage wellness and help achieve goals.
