Pitt Worx Outage, May 15-17

The Pitt Worx system will be down for maintenance and will be unavailable from Friday, May 15 at 10 p.m. ET until Sunday, May 17 at 7 p.m. ET. During this time, employees will be unable to access Pitt Worx. 

Those who need to submit timecards for the week of May 10-16 should plan to do so before or after the outage period; timecards cannot be submitted during the system outage. As a reminder, timecards must be submitted and approved by noon on Monday, May 18.

Benefits Information

New Hires

New hires in a benefits eligible position have 31 days from the date of hire to make benefit selections. Please visit the orientation page for more information.

Year End Tax Form Information

Prior year Forms W-2 and 1042-S are available online if you opted in for an electronic version. 

To access your Form W-2, if you are active, inactive, terminated, or during a Pitt Worx outage, you may access ADP directly by creating a separate University of Pittsburgh ADP login. 

If you are an active employee, you may also view Forms W-2 at my.pitt.edu > Pitt Worx > Me > Form W2 Information.
