Pitt Worx is the cloud-based suite of HCM applications designed to provide the University community with accessible, streamlined services that make completing everyday tasks more efficient. The purpose of this project is to provide a best-in-class and personalized experience to faculty and staff, while improving existing, outdated systems.

Oracle Cloud Initiatives
Define Pitt’s solution requirements, future-state solution design, and project governance and change management foundational structures.
Configure, test, and deploy the future-state solution design elements, deploy business process and solution functions, and enable a roadmap for solution functionality.
Launch Talent Center, the University's new recruiting and onboarding system, while continuing design and functionality of remaining modules.
Continue education on Talent Center while continuing design and functionality of remaining modules, and enhancing change management efforts.
Launch the remaining four modules, continue education and change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption by the University community.
Enable the digital mindset at the University with analytics, automation, and employee-experience centric processes and solutions.
