Dependent Life coverage is portable you may request an option to obtain coverage at competive rates if you leave the University
NOTE: For faculty on less than annual appointments, benefit amounts/insurance premiums will be automatically double-deducted in the Spring Semester (January through April). In the Fall Semester (September through December), deductions will occur normally (i.e. as shown above).
