The Office of Human Resources (OHR) is thrilled to announce that Michelle Fullem will serve as Acting Assistant Vice Chancellor of HR Operations effective March 1, 2021. In this new role, Michelle is responsible for overseeing the departments of HR Information Systems (HRIS), HR Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, and the University Child Development Center (UCDC) to ensure operational efficiency and exceptional customer support.

Michelle has worked with the University of Pittsburgh since 2008, when she joined as the Director of Talent Acquisition (then, Recruiting & Client Services). She most recently served as the Pitt Worx Project Manager for the last 3.5 years, assisting with the planning, development, and launch of the Pitt Worx system in January 2021. Prior to joining the University, Michelle was the manager of human resources at West Virginia University Health System.
