We often think we need a vacation or large blocks of time in our days to feel refreshed, but it may just be that we need to learn how to capture small doses of well-being wherever we can each day. Little “wins” can make a big difference and can be the catalyst to shift our mood/perspective in a positive direction.
The goal of these twice-weekly, 20-minute sessions is to offer a gentle nudge to help you explore your own interior world through the day's journal prompt, or to just be still and enjoy the relaxing music. Instead of waiting for the world to stop so we can catch up, let’s slow down on purpose. Make a commitment to show up for yourself; to begin your day from a more centered place. Because, after all, mindset matters.
