As we spring into a new season, it’s a great time to explore new learning opportunities.
Faculty and staff at the University can take advantage of a variety of workshops and certificate programs through the Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP) to enhance your personal and professional development.
Support the new Pitt Climate Action Plan through the Sustainability Professional Certificate Program
The Sustainability Professional Certificate Program is a new program designed to reinforce the University’s commitment to sustainability through workshops that address both individual behaviors and University programs.
The Pitt Climate Action Plan (PittCAP) launched this year with the goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2037 on the Pittsburgh campus. The PittCAP utilizes goals laid out in the Pitt Sustainability Plan to set realistic objectives for our campus, community, and world.
Foster equity, diversity, and inclusion in your area through the Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program
The Diversity and Inclusion Certificate Program (DICP) is designed to provide employees with the knowledge and skills to help the University reach diversity and inclusion goals in collaboration with the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (OEDI).
OEDI offers opportunities for education and engagement on-campus and virtually, including institutional equity workshops, accessibility training, the Inclusion Network, and Pitt Communities. Learn more on the Office for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion website.
