Pitt Worx, the Oracle HCM Cloud project, is a premier human resource information system (HRIS) offering holistic solutions in all aspects of people management, including talent management, payroll administration, financial systems, workforce management, work life solutions, and data analytics. The purpose of this project is to deploy an innovative HR system that provides best-in-class and personalized services to the University community through an inclusive and engaging experience.

Oracle Cloud Initiatives


Define Pitt’s solution requirements, future-state solution design, and project governance and change management foundational structures.


Configure, test, and deploy the future-state solution design elements, deploy business process and solution functions, and enable a roadmap for solution functionality.


Launch Talent Center, the University's new recruiting and onboarding system, while continuing design and functionality of remaining modules.

Desired Results

Enable the digital mindset at the University with analytics, automation, and employee-experience centric processes and solutions.
