The Office of Senior Vice Chancellor for Business and Operations is pleased to announce that Rebecca Roadman will serve as Chief of Staff of SVC B&O, effective March 8, 2021. In this new role, Rebecca is responsible for mobilizing and working with unit leaders in B&O, across the University, and externally to connect, promote, and make actionable the SVC’s strategic and operational priorities. Rebecca will provide essential leadership to develop employees and teams’ synergies across units and functions.

Rebecca has worked with the University of Pittsburgh since 2009.  She most recently served as Senior Project Manager in the Office of Human Resources, planning, developing, and launching the Shaping the Workplace initiative, as well as serving on the University’s Resilience Steering Committee for pandemic response. Prior to OHR, Rebecca worked for the Dietrich School of Arts and Sciences in multiple project-based and operational roles.
