POGOH at Pitt Available for Faculty, Staff, and Students

The University of Pittsburgh partners with POGOH (formerly Healthy Ride), Pittsburgh’s bike share system, to provide all students, faculty, and staff at the Pittsburgh campus with unlimited 30-minute rides on pedal bikes.

Visit the POGOH at Pitt website for more instructions on creating your account, activating your benefit, and how to also use POGOH’s new e-assist bikes for an additional charge.

Pitt employees must use their Pitt login credentials and unique POGOH voucher code that was emailed to them in May 2022 (Subject: “Your POGOH at Pitt Bike Share Promo Code”) to create and/or activate their POGOH account. If you joined the University after May 2022, use your University email address to request a voucher code from POGOH at RidePOGOH@pitt.edu. Voucher codes for the 2022-23 academic year will be distributed in early August.

The POGOH bike share program is for pedal bikes and e-assist bikes only; scooter rentals are through a private company not affiliated with POGOH. Remember to stay safe and always wear a helmet when biking.

Not sure where to ride? Check out these Pittsburgh bike resources for routes, local cycling laws and nearby trails to get you around campus and around the city.
