Register for the MyHealth Eating Well for Life virtual group class to learn strategies for improving your eating habits. You will learn about food labels, important daily nutrients, and how to create a healthy daily diet, based on recommendations from MyPlate.gov. This information will help you make healthy and balanced choices about what you eat. The Eating Well for Life program includes an orientation and six sessions, along with three follow-up group sessions to help you stay on track in the long term.
Plus, just for joining, UPMC Health Plan members will earn up to 25 points per session toward their HIA Reward Dollars.
