Whether you're looking for opportunities to get physically active, or you're interested in enhancing your mental health, we've got a variety of wellness resources and programs to help you get started.

Have you gotten your flu shot yet?

Put your health first this fall by protecting yourself and your loved ones against the flu. All faculty and staff, as well as their dependents, are encouraged to obtain a flu shot to help you stay healthy throughout the winter months. Those with UPMC Health Plan coverage can receive a flu shot at no cost, as well as receive up to $10 in Wellness Incentives for having it done. Check out the upcoming flu shot clinics and register today. Want to learn more about Wellness Incentive rewards? Review the other Wellness Incentives being offered for the 2022-2023 calendar year.

The Road to Resilience is here to help do just that! Each week in October, registered UPMC Health Plan members will be sent tips and activities designed to help you become more resilient and ready to face your stressors. You will also receive Wellness Incentive credit for participating. Register before September 30!

Take advantage of the Comprehensive Medication Management Program

As part of your UPMC Health Plan wellness benefits, OHR’s Benefits Department in conjunction with the School of Pharmacy offers Comprehensive Medication Management services. Meet with a pharmacist to answer all of your medication-related questions and develop an action plan to help take better control of your health.
