Boost your physical and mindful wellness with Yoga on the Lawn!

Join Oakland Yoga U studio owner and yoga instructor Laurel Chiappetta for a free sixty-minute yoga class on the Cathedral lawn on Thursday, July 25 from 12:00 - 1:00 pm. The class is open to all University of Pittsburgh staff and focuses on yoga basics along with a short guided meditation. This is a great opportunity for those of any experience level to get out of the office, de-stress, and focus on your health and wellness while enjoying summertime in Pittsburgh!

A limited amount of mats will be provided; bring your own mat if you have one. Also, feel free to bring a block, chair, or any other supplies that may be useful to modify poses.
