Open Enrollment for full-time faculty and all staff for the 2018-2019 plan year will take place from Wednesday, April 25 to Wednesday, May 16. Instructions on how to make changes to your benefits elections can be found on the Open Enrollment web page, along with frequently asked questions, information on qualified status changes, and UPMC resources.

Benefits Fairs Dates

On-campus benefits fairs will give you a chance to get more information on the Open Enrollment process from the Benefits Department, meet with vendors, and have your questions answered. A complete list of benefits fairs on the Pittsburgh and regional campuses are as follows:

Greensburg Campus: Friday, April 27, Village Hall, Room 118, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Pittsburgh Campus: Monday, April 30, Scaife Hall, Room 1105 A, B, C, 10:30 am - 1:30 pm
Pittsburgh Campus: Tuesday, May 1, WPU Assembly Room, 7:00 - 9:00 am; 11:00 am - 1:00 pm; 4:00 - 6:00 pm
Bradford Campus: Wednesday, May 2, Frame-Westerberg Commons, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Titusville Campus: Thursday, May 3, Haskell Memorial Library Lobby, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm
Johnstown Campus: Tuesday, May 8, Cambria Room, 11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Courtesy Computers

Courtesy computers will be available in Craig Hall throughout the Open Enrollment period to enroll in your benefits or to make changes to your current elections. A Benefits representative will be available to assist with enrolling and to answer any questions you may have.
