Office of Human Resources
The Office of Human Resources will be closed for the University’s Thanksgiving recess on Thursday, November 25 and Friday, November 26. OHR will reopen on Monday, November 29. If you have an inquiry during this time, please submit an online request to OHR.
Orientation Before and After Thanksgiving Recess
During the week of November 22 (before the Thanksgiving holiday), orientation for new staff and All-Temps will occur as normal on Monday, November 22. There will be no All-Temps orientation on Wednesday, November 24.
Orientation for both new staff and All-Temps employees will take place as regularly scheduled the week of November 29 (after Thanksgiving).

UPMC MyHealth@Work Center
The UPMC MyHealth@Work Health and Wellness Center will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
If you are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please follow the recommended University guidelines. In the case of an emergency, please visit the closest emergency room.

UPMC Member Services (including BMS and eBenefits)
UPMC Member Services will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day), but will be open on Friday, November 26 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.
Davis Vision Customer Service
The Davis Vision Customer Service call center will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day), but will be open on Friday, November 26 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
United Concordia Customer Service
United Concordia Customer Service will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
TIAA
TIAA's customer service will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day), but will be open on Friday, November 26 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET.
University Pension Center
The University Pension Center, which manages the defined benefit pension plan, will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
The Hartford
The Hartford's customer service will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
Unum
Unum's customer service will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
MetLife Disability Call Center
MetLife's Disability Call Center will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day), and will operate regular hours on Friday, November 26.
Corestream (PittPerks Customer Support)
Corestream, which administers customer support for PittPerks, will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
Amplifon
Amplifon customer service will be closed on Thursday, November 25 (Thanksgiving Day) and Friday, November 26.
