The Pitt Weight Race is back and ready to help you get fit, stay fit, and be healthier as we dive into the new year. Whether you are looking to lose weight or maintain your current weight, the Pitt Weight Race can provide the extra motivation, resources, and support you need to get on track and help you reach your goals.

FREE Friday Fitness Classes
The Healthy Lifestyle Institute and Be Fit Pitt are offering complimentary Friday Fitness exercise classes during the Weight Race for registered participants. The class is Total Body Training and it takes place on Fridays from 12:00 - 12:45 pm. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to reserve your spot.
