Weight Race: February 5 - April 27
The Pitt Weight Race is back and ready to help you get fit, stay fit, and be healthier as we dive into the new year. Registered participants can head over to the Weight Race website to see Weekly Challenges and get helpful tips and resources to help you stay on track.
If you didn't get a chance to register, you can still take part on your own! Follow along with the Weekly Challenges and create your own healthy eating and exercise habits to reach your personal goals.

FREE Friday Fitness Classes
The Healthy Lifestyle Institute and Be Fit Pitt are offering complimentary Fitness Friday exercise classes during the Weight Race for registered participants. Classes take place on Fridays from 12:00 - 12:45 pm and include a variety of classes, such as: total body training, indoor cycling, kickboxing, yoga, Pilates, and more.
