GreenPath: Finance and Debt Management Services

In collaboration with the non-profit organization GreenPath, the University of Pittsburgh is providing eligible University employees with finance and debt management coaching services. Savi: Student Loan Assistance

In collaboration with TIAA and public benefit company Savi, the University of Pittsburgh is providing University faculty and staff with assistance in navigating repayment plans and federal student loan programs, such as the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program. Learn more about Savi.

PittPerks: Discounts and Voluntary Benefits

PittPerks is a program that provides a broad range of discounts and the opportunity to purchase certain voluntary benefits at group rates through payroll deductions to employees. New offerings are added frequently. Get started with PittPerks.

MetLife: Legal Services

PittPerks offers legal services through MetLife as a voluntary benefit. MetLife Legal Services connects you to a national network of over 17,000 pre-qualified attorneys for a low monthly rate no matter how many times services are needed. Learn more about the MetLife Legal Services benefit.

TIAA: Retirement Savings Plan

The Defined Contribution Plan is the retirement savings plan offered to newly hired and current employees at the University of Pittsburgh. Eligible employees receive a 100% match from the University for contributions between 3% and 8% of an employee's base salary. After vesting, the University match increases to 150%. TIAA Financial Advising for Retirement

TIAA has licensed representatives available to provide free, one-on-one retirement advising for anyone enrolled in their retirement plans through Pitt! These advisors can give you financial advice on how to plan for retirement with your TIAA accounts. University of Pittsburgh Employee Emergency Fund

This collaborative program from organizations throughout our campus community makes available limited financial support for eligible employees facing an immediate and substantial financial need. This fund provides financial support of up to $1,500 to eligible Pitt employees across all five campuses.
