June 13, 2018 - 12:00pm to 1:30pm

The health care landscape in retirement can be confusing. It’s important to know and understand your options to help ease any concerns you may have. Join the Office of Human Resources Benefits Department on Wednesday, June 13 from 12:00 – 1:30 p.m. in the William Pitt Union Lower Lounge for a Brown Bag event featuring Bill McKendree from APPRISE (Pennsylvania’s State Health Insurance Assistance Program) as he speaks on the issues and concerns faced by individuals regarding their health care benefits as they transition into retirement.

This presentation will provide an overview of Medicare and other post-65 health benefits options, including the functions and characteristics of these options, and how eligible individuals can utilize them most effectively. No registration is required; bring your own lunch and join us on June 13!
