The University is celebrating the Year of Healthy U this year by offering many different ways to get involved and lead a healthier, happier life. Workshops for the Year of Healthy U were first added to FSDP for the fall 2017 session and more have been added for the spring session. Courses include how to eat healthy, the importance of sleep, how to incorporate mindfulness into your busy schedule, and more.
