job coaching

Job Coaching

Job coaching provides individual training assistance for new employees with disabilities.

Available at no cost to the employer, a job coach can be utilized to assist a new hire transition into their new position, including:

  • Working alongside new hires during their training period to reinforce the information provided by their supervisor
  • Helping new employees quickly become independently productive
  • Meeting with the supervisor to be sure that departmental needs are met and that job performance is satisfactory
  • Creating a plan for the new hire and supervisor for the continued success in the position after the training period ends

Job coaching agencies insure their own employees, providing no risk to the department or employer.

A job coach can provide valuable techniques and strategies to help you and your new hire succeed.
