Registration Procedures

There are two ways to register for a workshop:

  1. Register Online
  2. Fax or Mail FSDP Registration Form

Once your workshop reservation information is received, you and your supervisor (for staff only) will be notified by e-mail that your request has been received as well as the status of your registration: "Enrolled" or "Wait-Listed".

Leadership Development Workshop Registration Procedures

Registration for Leadership Development workshops - including Certificate in Organizational Leadership and Ethics (COLE) course - that include a materials fee and require submission of the FSDP Registration Form. Due to signatures required for authorization, this form must be submitted via fax to 412-624-4781 or campus mail to the Faculty and Staff Development Program, 500 Craig Hall.  For further information, please call 412-624-8044.

Cancellation Information

If you are unable to attend a class that you are registered for, please:

  1.  Cancel Online  

Cancellations for Leadership Development courses that require a materials fee must be received more than two weeks prior to the workshop date to receive a refund.

Please cancel your registration as soon as you know that you will not be able to attend a workshop.  This allows other interested staff and faculty the opportunity to register.

In the event that a workshop is cancelled by the FSDP, those who are registered will receive an e-mail notification.
