Healthy  living Rewards offers value-added savings to UPMC Health Plan members. You automatically become eligible
for the Healthy Living Rewards program when you join UPMC Health Plan. Show your UPMC Health Plan member ID card
at the time of purchase and receive discounts at participating businesses that encourage a healthy lifestyle:
gyms, spas, salons, dance studios, martial arts schools, health food stores, sporting goods stores and more. The
discounts offered by these companies are, for the most part, not covered benefits. Visit UPMC Health Plan and login to MyHealth online to view the available discounts through the Healthy Living Rewards program.
