At Will Employment
The employment relationship created between the University and you is voluntarily entered into
and is at the will of both the University and you. An employment relationship, therefore, may
be terminated at any time and for any reason or no reason by either the University or by you,
consistent with the law. This handbook is an informational document and does not create or
reflect a contract between the University and you.
