Supplemental Pay

Supplemental payments may be requested to accommodate situations where a staff member is assigned additional tasks or responsibilities over and beyond their normal duties. A supervisor or administrator should complete the Supplemental Payment Request Form (SPR) and submit through all necessary departmental/school approval channels before submitting to the Compensation Department. If approved, the requester will be notified by Compensation and provided guidance on payment processing details. Only after receipt of approval from the Compensation Department should an employee be notified of the supplemental payment and begin the additional tasks or responsibilities.
