Recruiting and Client Services

Recruiting and Client Services is involved in all aspects of recruiting, hiring, and on-boarding staff employees. We develop recruitment strategies, identify and screen candidates, coordinate advertising strategies, negotiate and extend offers for staff hires, provide consultation for University-wide human resources issues, represent Pitt at career fairs and community events, coordinate, facilitate new-hire orientation sessions and education, and counsel candidates on employment options.
