The dental insurance for staff and faculty is provided by United Concordia.
The current plans remain in effect through June 30, 2009. The plans can
only be changed during the annual open enrollment and will take effect
July 1st. The only exception to make a change outside of the
open enrollment period is through a status change. For information
on how to make a status change, click here.

Follow these easy steps:

Log on to www.ucci.com.

Select the My Dental Benefits link.

If this is your first time using My Dental Benefits, select Register.

If you have already used My Dental Benefits, log into My Dental Benefits.

Select your name from the Member Listing.

Click on Benefit Information.

Click on the review/print Benefit Certificate/Benefit Booklets.

Click on the name of the document to review/print any of your Benefit Certificates.
