Why Work in Pittsburgh?
Boasting a rich history, Pittsburgh was founded in 1758 and served as the focal point of western frontier development prior to and during the early years of the United States. In the 19th century, it developed into the industrial center of America. In more recent years, it has shed its smoky image and become one of America's most vibrant and livable cities.

With a population of 313,000 in the city, and a metropolitan area of 2.4 million, Pittsburgh is big enough to offer the recreational and cultural amenities of a big city, but small enough to remain manageable for adults and children.
